OUR STORY
Capitalist Digital was founded by Justin Neigel, who also owns and operates IFIX Technology — a device repair shop in Medicine Hat. Running a small business taught Justin firsthand what works and what doesn’t in digital marketing. Every strategy we recommend to clients is something we’ve tested on our own business first.
Justin started Capitalist Digital because he couldn’t find an agency that understood what it was like to actually run a small business. Most agencies sell packages — we build solutions because we know what it’s like to watch every dollar.
That same operator mindset led to Jessica AI — built originally for IFIX Technology’s own operations, then expanded when other businesses needed the same thing. Today we serve over 24 clients across Alberta and Canada, handling everything from website builds to ongoing SEO, social media, paid advertising, and AI integration.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Justin Neigel
Justin runs both IFIX Technology and Capitalist Digital out of Medicine Hat, Alberta. He built Jessica AI from scratch — starting as an internal tool for his own repair shop and evolving it into a full business companion for Canadian small businesses.
He’s hands-on with every client, from initial strategy through execution. When we say “operators first,” it’s because Justin spends his days running the same kind of business our clients run — dealing with the same constraints, budgets, and challenges.
His background in technology repair, networking, and infrastructure gives Capitalist Digital a technical depth that most marketing agencies lack — especially when it comes to AI integration, on-premise deployments, and data sovereignty.
